Location
Just 7.5k from Walking Street Pattaya, and 7k to Jomtien this is a country setting but within reach of all the major attractions. A similar distance to Pattaya will take you Million Years Stone Park & Pattaya Crocodile Farm; a living museum set in 70 acres of all things animal, vegetable and mineral, which is the result of 20 years development, offering ‘amusing and exciting shows’. Nightlife, massage, and convenience stores are closer at hand making this a perfect holiday destination in the tropics.
Accomodation
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a large flat screen TV also with satellite channels. Outside and poolside there is another double bedroom. This has access to the house/guests bathroom with shower, WC and changing room, with its own separate door. On the other side of the pool, a similar bedroom has a very large back-screen TV with cable and DVD, air-conditioning and large ceiling fan/ light combination. Downstairs from the end of the pool or accessed from the under-house parking there is a further double bedroom suite offering a greater degree of privacy. Also downstairs is a laundry room with all your requirements.
Bathrooms
The house bathroom is accessed poolside and from the end guest bedroom. The symmetrically mirrored bedroom opposite has its own ensuite shower, WC and basin. There is a bath in the master bedroom ensuite, which also feature double basins.
Dining Room
The dining area is to the right in the main open-plan room, and is a table and chairs for 6 set on a designer rug echoing the tasteful decoration throughout the property; the windows to the front and rear of the area still providing a light and airy feel. There is also a dining set for 4 outside by the pool, and circular stone set for 8 in the sala. Beyond the dining area there is another lounge room with sofas and chairs to complete the light and airy open-plan part of the villa.
Kitchen
The kitchen is entered through a door from the second lounge and has everything you could require to make your food preparation a delight while away from home. An island centre work station houses a four ring ceramic hob with extractor above. An American style fridge/freezer is backed up by a second smaller fridge/freezer. There is a dishwasher, and views of the hills in the distance.
Living Rooms
The living room is open plan and faces the pool with full width picture windows offering great views of the swimming and poolside area. To the left is sofa and chair seating facing the large flat-screen TV with all the satellite channels. From here, you go through a door to the games room with a half-size snooker table complete with a pool ball set. Through another door takes you into the master bedroom suite, which also has patio door access to the poolside area.
