Location:
The villa is situated in a quiet side street just 800m to Jomtien Beach and only 300 meters to lots of restaurants and nightlife options. Within a 5-minute drive, you can be at Jomtien Beach or any one of the many restaurants on Jomtien Beach Road. Also in a 5-minute drive, you can visit many shopping centers such as Makro, Big C and Tesco Lotus. If you want to visit Pattaya Beach Road and Walking Street, you can be there in a 10-minute drive. This is a great location because you are situated right in the middle of everything but still have lots of privacy and peace and quiet.

Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms in the villa sleeping 8 persons and 2 extra children. All the bedrooms have double beds, ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning and wardrobe space. The Master Bedroom is accessed via an upstairs outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The master, alongside having a double bed, also has two bunk beds, ideal for those travelling with families.

There are four bathrooms in the villa, each one is ensuite and comes equipped with showers, toilets and wash basins.
Dining Room
Also as part of the open plan living area, you will find a massive 8-seat glass dining table. You could also enjoy a spot of lunch poolside within the outdoor terrace.
Kitchen
When you holiday in a Pattaya rental villa, having lots of self-catering facilities at your fingertips is a massive bonus. Sunny Villa has a great selection of modern kitchen appliances such as a Samsung refrigerator, 4-ring gas stove, toaster, kettle, food blender, rice cooker, oven and microwave.
Living Rooms
You can directly enter the lounge from poolside, and when entering the open plan living area you will immediately notice the tall wooden shelving at the end of the room and the excellent lighting features that make the shelves and its Asian artworks really pop out to provide you with a visual experience. There is a large L-shaped settee where you can relax and view the large Phillips flat-screen TV, DVD player and international cable channels.
