• All Houses are equipped with private swimming pool.
• All Houses are equipped with 2 space car ports.
• Houses located around the sanctuary garden will have an extra charge of 100,000 baht
• If the buyer pays via any financial institution then the buyer is liable for any fees and interest charges
• All houses contain 1000 liter water tanks and 3 phase electricity
• Transfer fees for houses are paid by the buyer
• Cost of increasing land during construction of house will be 20,000baht per square wah
• Maintenance fee is 15baht per square wah monthly and must be paid 1 year in advanced
• The buyer shall be responsible for costs of electricity meter installation whereas Bann Piam Mongkhon will be responsible for water meter installation costs
